1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Personal use items such as earbuds, AirPods, and headphones (for hygiene reasons) unless defective
Items without original packaging or missing parts
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos as proof
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued via:
Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (or original payment method)
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if:
The product is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
6. Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
Shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
